Orange County 1846

This map shows Eastern Central Florida as it was in 1846. Orange County is shown extending to the east coast encompassing the areas of today's Orange, Volusia, Osceola, and Seminole Counties. It shows Fort Christmas, Fort Mellon, Ft. Maitland and Ft. Gatlin (next to the 'XXIX' three squares in from the left of the map).
